BernCo Fire Department asks for Public Feedback

04/13/2017

The Bernalillo County Fire Department is interested in improving how it communicates with the community it serves.

The public is invited to take a survey and provide feedback based upon their interactions with the department in both emergency and non-emergency situations.

Go to http://www.bernco.gov/Fire/fire-service-survey.aspx to complete the survey and let the Bernalillo County Fire Department know how they did and what changes could be made for future interactions. It should only take a few minutes to complete.

“As recipients of our services, direct feedback from residents and visitors to Bernalillo County will provide us with the ability to continue to provide the service that is expected, or re-evaluate how our service is provided and make necessary adjustments,” says Bernalillo County Fire Chief Chris Celaya. “Thank you for your time and assistance in helping us provide the best service possible.”

Additionally, if persons would like to further discuss any aspect of the survey, they must provide contact information so they may be contacted directly by a member of the Bernalillo County Fire Department.
